goodbye to iphone! passion of getting one died off and ive gt samsung omnia instead. unplanned, it was "see and get impulse buy". ultimately, it was not bad. all-in-one pda phone. so, whts next? im in love with this guess watch. jus in time for chinese new year. tsk tsk.. so materialistic. well, "money is meant to be spent".

Reflections on 2008`

i think ive gained and lost relatively a lot this year. based on my previous reflection on 2007`, i said tht i really had affinity with the number 8 (like crap) but its true lah. aplenty of outings and maybe in the midst of it, i proposed many misconceptions tht may arise in wrong thoughts. pls dont judge me cause' i aint a saint.. moving on, friends come and go, like theres no tomorrow. lets not mention names, but i hope to meet up with these pple again soon. in this new year, i'll not fix any resolutions as i foresee i'll not fulfill any of them. and being 20 means to be more steadfast as a person in thoughts and deeds. lets all have an enticing year ahead. cheers..

it was morning when bubbles is in his doldrums...

i like bubble's nose! cute lil' thing...

this humongous thing is not a rabbit as its tail suggest. He's called a chinchilla and aged 7 to 8. not like i know how old as the owner himself isnt sure either. but i was told bubbles was just the size of a palm when initially bought and "bubbled" up to his size in the span of almost a decade. hilariously funny, bubbles was named bubbles because of power puff girls'... we'd a long night because of common test and i guess zhihao and i had fun playing with him. great entertainment.

*thnks for yr guidance during ct periods as well as opening yr place for us. even though it was kinda last minute but i still did learn something out of it and not to the extend of getting FBs. cheers. =)

my study desk is in a disastrous state after ive gotten the first paper over and done with. its like infested with soccer articles, earpiece, sheets of notes, etc.. but i really enjoyed the mess though. it gave a fulfilling sense of achievement, and only thn will one realize the semester is about to end on a sweet note. and i must really say, Internet Computing is relatively easy. ive really regretted not doing better for the pass quizes which will eventually put down my grades. and i'll see yet another A bank onto my result slip. woo~ confidence speak for itself. now 1 down, 3 more to go.

last week marked the beginning of study break. ive tried flipping through the course book for internet computing and i realized i needed motivation. i thn bought my latest addiction - ♥homestyle's two-bite blondies. and not to forget, switz white chocolate toblerone. snacks are now my best friends, but they dint come cheap lah!

and now i really pray for motivation. like how i used to pull through in yr1 with someone "mentally" with me. now, its a totally different environment. independence is what ive learnt. grrr...

we went for his mini concert at NYP's amphitheatre despite having programming lab test. was pleased by his performance as well as the hip hop dance presented to us by our school's very own Foreign Bodies(FB).

woots! its been a long time. NYP gave tickets to Korean Lee An's Mini concert. he is a lil' pretty boy and we got so tempted in buying his album. nevertheless, we bought it. i got mine practically because of his autograph and a handshake. thats so hilarious. and the good news is that he is furthering his career in singapore. and now, pictures!

the korean words on the CD states "Sarang Heyo". i love you too baby!

The GB & BB enrolment and dedication service 2008 has finally ended. it was an ultra long day with colours and escorts rehearsal at noon; followed by the actual event itself. i donned on the GB uniform for the seventh year running now. the staff sergeant rank was recently sewed on (although i got it eons ago) and though its only for that few hours, i felt extreme pride as this organization puts me through so much words cant express. really. and i think the works of the girls' brigade ultimately boils down to her aim: to help girls to become followers of the Lord Jesus Christ and through self-control, reverence and a sense of responsibility to find true enrichment of life.

wells, after parade was fun fun fun! we had our batch photos using kang wei's polaroid (or shld it be ian's?). and its a really amazing feeling looking back at how we grew up in GB & BB, how some eventually became together,etc.. after that we had dinner together and bubble tea at the usual hideout, reminiscing and bitching arnd. not a word anymore, pictures!

dont mind the service badges being jus 5years. it jus shows inefficiency.

sis just returned from her trip to Genting Highlands with friends. and whats amusing is that she actually bought a watch for me! gosh, am i dreaming or am i really in the right frame of mind. for someone a miser like her to actually spend money out of her own pocket could just be as interesting as political news. dont mind the cost of it; for i pinched myself begging to believe its true. and ohh wow, i captured it on camera!

there is melancholy in life since schools' closure. ive stopped work for two weeks now and am leading a princess life, feeling out of sorts, dilly-dallying arnd in the hse; my spirits totally captivated with champions league and EPL; fussed over the planning of GB fundraising, etc.. and thus, i walked out of my embedded bathroom to get reconnected with this worldly society. and thats what ive got.. tada!

to get ready for the new semester, ive dumped several hundreds buying necessities and nonsensical stuff. what caught my eyes is actually this pair of red heels and its shoe box from Hong Kong; workmanship is exquisite and yet price reasonable. ever seen such pretty striped and decorated shoe box before girls? thats definitely of appealing excellence mann. it just goes to show the designer's meticulousness. shall be hot on my heels shopping again! i love shopping..
